RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

※After 7 days, we will no longer provide return, refund, and exchange.
※Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing ingredients for reasons, not due to our error will NOT be returned, refunded, and exchanged.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or received a defective or damaged product, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange (shipping fee, taxes and duties will not be refunded). Please read below for more information on our respective policy.
- All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the received date. (We will check it from your tracking number) All returned items must be in new and its original condition, with all original contents, tags and labels attached.

- Only items that have been purchased directly from https://vortexgear.store/ are eligible for getting a return.
- Sale / clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Products in the Accessories category cannot be returned.
To return an item,
- Place the item securely in its original packaging and everything that was inside the package.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org for requesting a return.
- Send us a prove of purchase from our website(invoice or tracking number)
- A photo of the product that you want to return
- The reason why you want to return
- Mail your return to the following address:
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
We do not accept a random return of products, please contact us if you ever decide to return it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- If you are rejected, then your returned item will be sent back to you and no refund will occur.
- Any refund is subject to a 4% processing fee to cover for various merchant fees that we ourselves to not get back.
- Duties, taxes and shipping fee are not included in refunds.
If you failed to received the product and FedEX/DHL have no choice but to ship the product(you order) back to us, you will be responsible for all the charges that caused.
If you decided to ask us ship the product to you again, you have to be responsible for paying the shipping fee again. Once we received the payment then we will be able to start the shipping process and ship the product to you.
If you want us to ship the product to you but you don’t want to take responsibility of paying the shipping fee yourself, unfortunately, we will not be able to proceed the shipment. We will start the refunding process and refund you the remaining amount of your order. ( Minus your original amount of shipping fee and the additional charges that occurred when the product were sent back to us and the 4% processing fee)

Accessories that comes with the keyboard cannot be changed. For example, additional keycaps, switch puller, keycap puller, etc.
- We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. Except closed preorder purchases.
- If the order is cancelled, you will get a refund minus the processing fees (4% of your original payment that are lost to the payment providers)
- We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
- Once the preorder is closed, your preorder purchased cannot be canceled.
