Refund policy

※After 7 days, we will no longer provide return, refund, and exchange.

※Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing ingredients for reasons, not due to our error will NOT be returned, refunded, and exchanged.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or received a defective or damaged product, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please read below for more information on our respective policy.

 

RETURNS

  1. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the received date. (We will check it from your tracking number) All returned items must be in new and its original condition, with all original contents, tags and labels attached.
  2. If you want to return, please email our Customer Service: vortexkeyboard.cs@gmail.com
  3. Only items that have been purchased directly from https://vortexgear.store/ are eligible for getting a return.
  4. Sale / clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item,

  1. Place the item securely in its original packaging and everything that was inside the package.
  2. Email vortexkeyboard.cs@gmaill.com for requesting a return.

 

  • Send us a prove of purchase from our website(invoice or tracking number)
  • A photo of the product that you want to return
  • (Optional) The reason why you want to return

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • If you are rejected, then your returned item will be sent back to you and no refund will occur.
  1. Any refund is subject to a 4% processing fee to cover for various merchant fees that we ourselves to not get back.
  2. Duties and taxes are not included in refunds.

EXCHANGES

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing ingredients for reasons, not due to our error will not be exchanged.

 

CANCELLATION

  1. We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped.
  2. If the order is cancelled, you will get a refund minus the processing fees  (4% of your original payment that are lost to the payment providers)
  3. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
